If I can be outside, that's where I'll be! ✿
Camping, hiking, fishing...okay! I belong to the last generation before technology took over. The age of big hair and ghetto blasters, writing letters, using the Dewy Decimal System when we went to the library...look at us now.
I'm an American and an active supporter of our veterans and troops. I have no political affiliation, no ulterior agenda other than to ensure our brothers and sisters-in-arms receive the help and support they deserve because of their selfless service to answer the call to arms. They are that 1% and it is our duty as Americans to ensure their health and posterity.
Through understanding their service and the horrors of war they committed themselves to on our behalf, we can bridge this cultural gap and truly ensure we leave no war fighter behind on the battlefield in the mind.

Absence of Touch
She’d never been undressed by words alone before…
She couldn't fathom how a stranger could make her feel so, at home…
He intrigued her…
In the absence of touch, smell, or sight…
He became the most vivid part of her imagination…
He made her feel, understood…
And in a way she never knew she longed for…
His voice arrested her, and she trusted his direction…
She knew he could handle being in control…
and she’d been waiting for that.
