Gwendolyn Hix

For over 30 years, Gwendolyn Hix has held positions of increasing responsibility at Pathfinders, Inc. Joining the firm after earning a bachelor of science in merchandising and marketing from the University of Georgia, she has served as the company's vice president since 1997. Focused on the greater Atlanta market, Hix places high-quality administrative and executive support candidates across multiple industries on behalf of the recruitment firm. Her talents at business development have earned her industry awards for high billings every year for nearly her entire tenure at the company. In addition to business development, Gwendolyn Hix trains other members of the Pathfinders team.

Along with her achievements at Pathfinders, Hix plays an active role with The Pinnacle Society. A member of this international trade organization for over a decade, she supports its mission to produce excellence in recruiting. In existence since 1989, The Pinnacle Society runs regular get-togethers and two annual conferences that invite professionals to discuss their careers and learn about developments in the field. Along with this group, Gwendolyn Hix belongs to the Metro Atlanta Chamber of Commerce, the National Association of Personnel Services, and the Georgia Association of Personnel Services.
