Haile Thomas is a 8th grader, a health advocate for youth, popular motivational speaker, two-time TEDx presenter, and young chef featured in YES! Magazine, Teen Vogue, O Magazine, and on The Dr. OZ and Rachael Ray Shows, as well as on Food Network’s Rachael vs. Guy Kids Cook-Off.
She is an intern and advisory board member with Canyon Ranch Institute Life Enhancement Program, Chop Chop Magazine, and the Tucson Village Farm. And also founded the HAPPY Organization, partnered with the YWCA of Southern Arizona, offering kids healthy cooking classes, fun physical activities, nutrition education, and opportunities to engage in community service projects.
Haile is a Jr. Chef Advisor for Hyatt Hotels, consulting on their For Kids By Kids menu, and contributing writer for POLISH Magazine, and Edible Baja Magazine, sharing healthy recipes.Haile has also been featured in several other media outlets including:- The Today Show

Haile was a guest in the First Lady’s Box at the 2013 State of the Union Address, representing Let's Move. She is also the 2012 Healthy Lunchtime Challenge winner from Arizona, and was invited to introduce the First Lady during the 2nd Annual Kids State Dinner at the White House in 2013.
