Having worked in-house doing public relations for tech companies my entire career, my strengths lie in building strong media relationships, acting as a company spokesperson, arranging interviews and speaking engagements, in addition to tracking my impact across the organization.

I have a love of podcasting and co-host my own side-project podcast, MakeWorkWork as well as previously co-hosted Buffer's podcast The Science of Social Media for two and a half years.

I write about goal setting (a long-time passion of mine), public relations, and career progress. My writing has been shared on The Next Web, Time Magazine, Fast Company, Entrepreneur, the Huffington Post, and ThriveGlobal.
