About Me

I'm a sports journalist who loves telling stories through all mediums. I am headed into my senior year at ASU'S Walter Cronkite School.

Since I was little, I have loved baseball and soccer. My family had Yankees season tickets, and I played soccer on the Hudson River. I regularly watched Yankees games while they were on the west coast and woke up early to watch Manchester United games. I dreamed of becoming a professional athlete like my favorite players, Wayne Rooney, Derek Jeter and Brett Gardner. But, as I grew older, my dreams of becoming a professional athlete started to look less and less likely as my skills were not at the level of a pro. Luckily, that's when I found journalism. In 2011, I was able to interview then Yankee Curtis Granderson, which opened my eyes to a new passion. Storytelling!

As I'm wrapping up my time in college, I feel lucky to be able to do what I've loved to do for many years and hope to continue to get to do years into the future.
