A Partner in the New York law firm of Wong Fleming, Han-Hsien Tuan focuses on the areas of general corporate law, asset-based financing, charities, real estate, and construction law. Han-Hsien Tuan specializes in representing clients with small to mid-sized businesses, charities, financial institutions, and foundations, in addition to high- net-worth clients. Mr. Tuan brings to the firm more than two decades of work experience in his areas of specialization.

In addition to serving as an Associate Attorney for several New York law firms in his early career, Mr. Tuan spent more than seven years as a Partner with Yi Tuan & Brunstein and five years with Tuan & Cho. Just before joining Wong Fleming, he filled the role of co-Managing Partner with Schickler Tuan LLP.

Laying the groundwork for a successful law career, Han-Hsien Tuan earned a Bachelor of Arts in Economics at Haverford College in Pennsylvania. After graduating in 1985, he matriculated to Georgetown University Law Center in Washington, D.C., for a year of study before entering the law program at New York University School of Law. In 1988, he completed his Juris Doctor.

Fluent in the Shanghai dialect in Chinese and proficient in Mandarin, and an experienced lecturer, he has presented on various topics, including "Private Development vs. Condemnation" at the 2004 New York Condemnation Conference. An active alumnus of Stuyvesant High School in New York City, Han-Hsien Tuan acts as a Director and Treasurer of the Friends of Stuyvesant, Inc. The nonprofit corporation aims to establish an endowment for the specialty school that develops talent in math, science, and technology. Affiliated with St. Bartholomew's Church in Manhattan, he formerly served as Vestryman and Chancellor. Outside of his busy professional schedule and charity work, he enjoys managing and competing in a fantasy football league and the more active game of tennis. Another hobby is cooking.
