Paul C. Hannaford, Esq.

Boston, Massachusetts, United States

A U.S. resident born in Hong Kong, I have dual citizenship in both the United Kingdom and Ireland. I have personal experience with the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services and can empathize in all matters relating to U.S. immigration. It was through these experiences that led me to become an Immigration Attorney.

Upon graduating from law school in the UK, I worked in financial services with Merrill Lynch in Ireland before pursuing a legal career. I have worked in both criminal and civil law before devoting my attention and pursuing my passion by focusing solely on Immigration Law.

I have worked pro bono for a civil litigation firm which focused on representing undocumented immigrants. I was previously a founding partner of Foster & Hannaford, LLP where I successfully worked with individual clients and businesses to help meet their immigration needs. I also volunteer with many charitable organizations including but not limited to representing clients in immigration court with Kids In Need of Defense (KIND).

I am admitted to practice state law in New York and can practice immigration law throughout the United States, I am also a Massachusetts notary. My practice is dedicated only to Immigration matters.
