Luckily, I'm able to draw on many years experience of problem solving as a career; I've also had 20 years of running my own international training and development businesses plus another 5 years in management consulting as a corporate business and change leadership coach - That definitely makes me old if nothing else (approaching 82)!

However, I am delighted to be able to recall and demonstrate some experience and skills in helping others.
