Harry Hedaya

As director and co-founder of National Settlement Services, a nationwide source for debt relief, Harry Hedaya comes to his role with more than 23 years of experience in the financial industry. He held his first high-level position as executive vice president of national operations with Beverly Hills Securities, where he managed a variety of functions related to corporate expansion. Responsible for acquisition integration, licensing, and branch additions, Harry Hedaya served the organization until its sale in 1994.

Harry Hedaya then entered the lending industry as co-founder and CEO of RMAC, a direct lender focused on high loan-to-value (HLTV) mortgages as well as government-insured home improvement loans. He remained in leadership of the company for six years, during which time he established its status as one of the country's top HLTV lenders. In 2000, he leveraged his lending industry acumen to found the Loan Corporation, which also grew to national prominence in fewer than 10 years. Also possessing a bachelor of science in finance and accounting, Mr. Hedaya now applies his knowledge of borrowing and repayment processes to help clients meet and pay off debt obligations.
