As an urban designer/planner by choice, I always thought in a wider scale i.e. from an urban scale to a building unit going through urban planning, land-use pattern, valuation/arbitration, traffic planning and urban design, architectural aspects. Impeding my education and professional experiences I expected and imagined that all the above aspects of planning shouldn’t be disturbed at any cost by analyzing from urban issues with respect to land use pattern, traffic related aspects and urban design contrast to a single unit building. In short persistently understand, analyze and planned according to all aspects, as I wanted to gain the best results of my field with no second-string issue to the world.
To gain such and excellence I worked firmly in my bachelors & masters and also worked in every semester break as a gratuitous intern with most of the planning firms in India & abroad. According to me just learning isn’t the best to achieve success but implementing gives us a better understanding as it would make me step in confidence in the profession.
Hence I taking the liberty to precisely accentuate that with ‘Urban, Transportation, Land Valuation, Urban Design, Regeneration and Architecture’ and a depth study and analysis in these aspects could design our well connected, clean, safe & sustainable cities.
