Nos últimos 20 anos com foco em Segurança de TI, projetei, desenvolvi e instalei desde simples projetos de autenticação biométrica a sistemas mais complexos como os de Monitoramento de Segurança da Informação em tempo-real (SIEM na sigla em inglês) em empresas de vários tipos e portes.

Desde 2012, atuando de maneira independente, meu foco profissional é o de Cyber segurança de infraestruturas Críticas e Tecnologia de Automação (ICS/OT Cybersecurity). Com quase a totalidade de projetos realizados na área de Energia (Power Grid) tanto em Distribuição como Geração.

Customer and goal oriented professional with broad experience (30+ years), focused on IT - Information Technology Security (20+ years). Since 2012, changed to ICS / OT / Critical Infrastructure Cyber Security field acting as an independent Consultant.

Mostly working on Power Grid facilities (distribution and generation) doing Risk and Cyber security assessments providing recommendations, auditing and inspecting the applicability of international frameworks like ISA/IEC 62443, NIST 800-82 and NERC CIP.

Self-learned operational technologies such as Programmable Logic Controllers (PLC), Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition (SCADA) software, RTU, HMI and Distributed Control Systems (DCS) and fundamental understanding of IT and OT network communication protocols e.g. TCP/IP, UDP, Modbus, DNP3, IEC 61850, OPC, OPC UA, PROFINET, etc…

Also I've designed, developed and installed many solutions from simple biometric authentication to complex real-time security operations center for a wide variety of companies. Many were tailor made and some were turn-key solutions using distinct, and sometimes mixed, technologies.
