Heather Acton

Libraries are my professional specialty, particularly special and academic libraries. Collections in which I have specific experience include science, law, medical, co-operatives, and social economy. Research, technology, digitization and all aspects of library work are my thing. In addition I am usually the resident website designer, web content producer and editor, newsletter editor, photo editor, meta data specialist, blogger, and social media manager. I interpret web analytics to guide design and content with the goal being to ensure that content meets organizational goals and user needs.

My other passion is quilt-making. When I have time you will find me in my studio with other creative souls at the Saskatoon Modern Quilt Guild.
