Heather Lueke Smith

Heather Lueke Smith possesses more than a decade of legal experience. A board-certified lawyer, Heather Lueke Smith currently operates a private law practice in Fort Pierce, Florida.

In preparation for her career, she enrolled at William & Mary Law School in Williamsburg, Virginia, where she earned a juris doctor. While there, she served on the staff of the William & Mary Bill of Rights Journal. Her education background includes a period at Boston College, where she earned a bachelor of arts in English.

After completing her legal education, she joined Florida’s Second District Court of Appeal. In her role as central staff attorney, she prepared law memoranda and made presentations before panels of judges.

Following that, Ms. Smith became an appellate staff attorney with the 19th Judicial Circuit Court of Florida. Her duties there included training new felony staff attorneys and investigating legal matters related to criminal and civil appellate cases.
