A Southern girl and proud Auburn graduate, I’ve spent the past 15+ years working with MLS organizations and real estate technology teams to deliver meaningful, customer-focused solutions.

These days, I work as a Product and Delivery leader supporting MLS platforms at ICE (Intercontinental Exchange). What I enjoy most about my work is collaborating across product, engineering, and customer teams—helping bring clarity to complex challenges, align priorities, and move things forward in a way that actually delivers value.

A big part of my career has been in MLS technology, including my time at Solid Earth, where I grew into product and operational leadership roles. I had the opportunity to work closely with customers, support multiple associations, and help teams navigate the real-world complexity of delivering across different environments.

Over time, I’ve built experience across product ownership, Agile leadership, and operational support. I’m known for helping teams get aligned - even when things feel messy - bringing structure to delivery, and creating collaborative environments where people can do their best work.

I’ve always been drawn to roles where I can help teams make sense of complexity and create real impact.

Outside of work, I’m a wife, a mom, and a friend who loves to paint!
