Helen Febrie is an eCommerce Growth Coach and an LMS Administrator at BigCommerce.

She is a graduate of University of Texas at Austin and received her Bachelor of Science in Textiles and Apparel: Fashion Design in 2013 with University Honors. She has studied abroad in China at Nantong University to study "China’s Role in Globalization of Textile Manufacture and Fashion Retailing”.

As an eCommerce Growth Coach, she helps merchants be successful in selling online and get to their first sale sooner. She provides eCommerce industry information and growth strategies such as conversion, multi-channel selling (Amazon, eBay, Facebook, Google Shopping), web design, online marketing (SEO, PPC, Email Marketing, Google Analytics). She has worked with a wide range of merchants from Small Business to Enterprise, both domestically and internationally.

As an LMS administrator, she is responsible for maintaining, implementing, and developing BigCommerce University's courses and learning plans to internal and external learners and stakeholders so they can become successful in their eCommerce endeavors. She handles the communication and operations for all in-person intructor-led, virtual intructor-led and self-paced trainings. She routinely collaborates with Business Applications, Instructional Design, Agency Partners, Strategic Business Developement and HR teams to develop and maintain LMS processes, procedures, and integrations.

She has excellent organization and time management skills to manage sensitive client information, numerous details, and multiple simultaneous projects while delivering key milestones on time. She has 10+ years of total experience in troubleshooting and root-cause analysis from all her past tech support roles.

Her career goal is to be in Project Management to oversee massive projects and work closely with C-level executives.

Outside of her professional work, she manages team finances, performance requests, and mentoring as a Manager for Texas Dragon/Lion Dance Team. She also manages team finances, events and teaching class as a Secretary for Austin Kyudo.

Her other hobbies includes performing cultural dances and music for Austin Japanese Minyo Dance Group, Rumah Budaya Indonesia Di Austin, Shaolin kung-fu for Austin's Shaolin Temple Cultural Center and theatre plays for Lucky Chaos Productions. She also enjoys creating cosplays and reading and giving book reviews. She is currently learning Mandarin Chinese at Austin Chinese School.
