I've lived in several different worlds, but now primarily focus on freelance writing, publishing, and speaking.

My latest book, "21 Days to Change Your Body (and Your Life)," is based on my own experience of losing 82 pounds. It shows people how they can "have their cake and lose weight, too." (It's available on Amazon, Barnes & Noble.com & Audible.com. Woo hoo!)

I also founded a nonprofit (Reignite, Inc.), that helps women gain skills to re-enter the workforce.

In my free time I teach Spinning®, interview rock stars, photograph concerts (gallery), volunteer for domestic violence organizations & eat chocolate.
