As an executive coach, speaker, and consultant to organizations developing their female talent, Henna brings the expertise she gained from her 20 years managing P&L’s working in companies like Procter & Gamble and Novartis. She brings functional expertise from direct experience in Marketing, Finance, Sales and General Management. She also has significant global experience, having lived/worked in 7 countries across 4 continents. She is a frequent speaker on women’s leadership, blogger for Smartblogs on Leadership and The Glass Hammer, and is quoted in Fortune/CNN/Money online and Forbes Woman.

In her corporate career, Henna held several C-suite roles such as Chief Marketing Officer, and President of the Americas for Ciba Vision. Her accomplishments at Novartis include running over $500MM P&L and running organizations as large as 600 people, including R&D and plant operations. At P&G she helped drive multi-billion dollar global brands like Pampers, Always, and Charmin.

Henna is committed to several non-profits. She is on the Board of Counselors for Carter Center, the Board of OnBoard (an organization advocating women for public company boards), the Board of the International Women’s Forum of Georgia, and an organizer for TEDxWomen. Henna got her MBA from the Wharton School and participated in the Executive Education program at the Harvard Business School.
