An experienced sales and marketing professional who resides in Atlanta, Georgia, Lawton Hall founded the firm Regency Park Development LLC as President in 2011. Based in Atlanta, Regency Park Development engages in a number of activities pertaining to business development and management. Hall conducts the analyses necessary to qualify applying clients and assists the candidates in obtaining funding for these businesses. Hall, an alumnus of The University of Alabama, earned his Bachelor’s degree at the highly regarded research university established in 1831. He spent the bulk of his early career at AmericasMart Atlanta (also known as AMC, Inc.), a three-building, 7.7 million-square-foot trade show facility. After his promotion at AmericasMart Atlanta in 1987 as Vice President of Sales and Leasing in the Apparel Division, Hall initiated a steady rise through the company’s ranks. In 1993, he was promoted to Senior Vice President of New Business Development, a position he held until 1997, at which point he became Senior Vice President of Sales and Leasing at AmericasMart Atlanta. Hall also created AmericasMart Atlanta’s Fashion Accessories & Fine Jewelry Center and the Resort & Gift Center, totaling over 350,000 s.f.. In addition to his myriad duties as AmericasMart Atlanta's Senior Vice President of Sales and Leasing, Henry Lawton Hall, Jr. acted as Chief Operating Officer of AmericasMart.com, the company website, from 2001 to 2005, completely revamping the department and working diligently to achieve profitability. Due to the efforts of Hall and his team, the apparel industry has positioned Atlanta as the preeminent apparel tradeshow on the east coast. Known within the company and outside the company as a turnaround expert, Hall was successful in replacing the vacating furniture industry with more current and profitable industries such as the Home Accents & Fine Linens Center and the Holiday & Home Accents Center. Between 1994 and 1998, Hall was responsible for creating the new product centers and leasing the 700,000 s.f. to full occupancy. Hall left AmericasMart and founded Regency Park Development in 2011.
