He is a founder and partner of MEGASEEDS which find out SEEDS to change the society for the better and incubate and grow new "IDEA" and "VALUE". MEGASEEDS organized TEDxSeeds2009, 2010 and 2011 (http://tedxseeds.org) with 30+ fantastic speakers and performers and 250+ curious “SEEDS” people; thinkers, innovators, artists, creators, educators and so on. He engaged TEDxSeeds as an executive producer and director with Keiko Satoh and more than 100 members and many supporters. MEGASEEDS just start on some incubation projects from TEDxSeeds officially.
