I'm an Agile Coach and Agile-Lean enthusiast with a software engineering background. Having over 20 experience in the sectors of software development, financial, automotive, and energy. During these years I've been performing roles as a software developer, team lead, project manager, scrum master, and agile coach. I love to work with new challenges, new knowledge, cultural diversity, enjoy sharing its expertise and knowledge, and keep learning from each other.
As an Agile-Lean practitioner and passionate about, I'm pursuing to inspire and to be an agent of change for teammates, the organization, and the business. I'm continuously learning new ways to help people and organizations to adopt the agility mindset.
I appreciate the beauty of nature, love the geometry present in things. So I love to capture with my mobile phone a great panoramic, some interesting perspective, or a macro picture of an object. I'm a husband, father of a little kid, and love to spend and share moments with my family. Since I'm a father, I enjoy riding my electric longboard (or folding bicycle, depending on my mood) to commute to work.
Some people think I'm a dreamer, some others think I have a highly constructive attitude. I use to introduce myself as a passionate, brave, and integral man.
