Ex-Ski Racer, turned into Coach/Instructor had a passion for sport development. After over 10 years instructing/coaching I realized the impact mental preparation had/has on athletes. Completing my Masters degree at the University of Ottawa in 2010, I have embarked on a whole new journey. From working with regional to world cup level athletes, I have learned to spread my passion in a different way all the while helping athletes attain their goals and reach excellence.

Focus, confidence, stress, positive self-talk, visualization, relaxation are skills that are inter-related. If one element is out of synch, performance is out of synch. I help athletes keep all elements in synch so that they can achieve excellence
