HollyMae - Fashion Illustrator and Designer.
An experienced fashion illustrator who has worked on a number of commercial illustration commissions, including several national and international magazines, AVA publications and a celebrity fashion label. While continuing to illustrate commercially, HollyMae is now channelling her drawing skills and eye for design into creating her own fashion line. Her work is currently being shown in her debut solo exhibition at Gloucester City Museum and Art Gallery, where you will find an array of old and new fashion illustrations, showing the journey of HollyMae’s work from her graduation in 2008 to present. HollyMae’s work has been been featured in ‘Fashion Drawing’ by AVA Publishing, where she illustrated fashion poses, portraits, hair, hands and facial features. She was later included in a second title; Fashion Design, the Complete Guide in which she drew fashion poses and step by step portraits, along with drawings of hands and feet. HollyMae worked closely with fashion designer Lamis Khamis to create drawings for T-Shirt prints and the website holding page for premium fashion label Day22 and has illustrated articles for Noctis, Gooch!, and Paulette Magazine.
She has been employed as a guest lecturer for BA Fashion at the Arts University College at Bournemouth and provided Fashion Illustration workshops as part of the Winchester School of Art Fashion and Textile Festival.
