Holly Pavlika is SVP, Marketing & Content at Collective Bias. Collective Bias is a social shopper media company that weaves organic social content into engaging, real-life stories.

Holly is also Founder of MOMentumNation, which will become part of the Collective Bias network and it’s proprietary Social Fabric® community. MOMentumNation is a change agent inspiring today’s ever-evolving social media connected mom. Prior to MOMentumNation, Ms. Pavlika was the Executive Creative Director and Managing Director at Big Fuel, a pure play social media agency and combines her experience as a mother with a wealth of business and digital expertise.

Holly played a role in the organization of Strut the Fashionable Mom Show, the first fashion show featuring real moms walking the runway at Mercedes-Benz Fashion Week. She has written several white papers and contributes regularly to MediaPost Engage: Moms. She also swept the March Madness contest hosted by Klout to determine the most influential online voice in the industry. In her spare time, Holly uses her social media expertise for social good, taking an active role with Every Mother Counts and The Global Poverty Project and as a United Nations Foundations Shot@Life Champion and Mentor.
