Donald Houde

As the proprietor of Houde Consulting Group, LLC, Donald Houde provides clients with guidance in a myriad of areas. Throughout his 25 years of experience in C-level leadership, he has received training in team building, policy generation, grant writing, and supply chain management. Companies have benefited from his understanding of technology in improving their services with enterprise configuration management, MS SQL server architecture, and off-site storage. Additionally, Donald Houde won the 2009 Microsoft Technology Acceptance Program Award, an honor given to only 11 of more than 700 applicants.

In conjunction with his consultancy, Houde has held executive roles with several companies. He simultaneously served as vice president of implementation services and acting chief operating officer with Choice Solutions, Inc., and as vice president for customer service with Houghton Mifflin Harcourt. Responsible for a staff of more than 100 employees in India and more than 30 in the United States, he oversaw a company that produced education technology solutions from preschool to the workforce. His efforts increased gross revenue tenfold and its client base by 75%.

The Arizona Department of Education also sought Donald Houde's guidance as chief information and technology officer overseeing a staff of 120, a role he held from 2004 to 2011.
