I'm a father, husband, researcher, designer, usability specialist, and PhD candidate.

I make the world a better place through helping people create things that are easy to use, beautiful to look at, and can even be fun.  This happens through design and design thinking.  I'm very interested in how organizations and managers can use design in different ways.
