Greg Hoy

I am the CEO of Happy Cog, an acclaimed boutique digital design studio, as well as a founder of the Bureau of Digital, an organization that focuses on events and community building for digital professionals.

I began my career in sales and marketing in 1992, before turning my focus to interactive design in 1994. I worked as a web designer for 10 years and have managed teams since 1997. My career spans the publishing, media, insurance, and tech consulting industries. An entrepreneur at my core, I have launched several successful companies.

Industry pioneer Jeffrey Zeldman and I partnered in 2006 to expand Happy Cog's footprint to Philadelphia, and later further expanded the company's reach and capabilities by merging with boutique design studio Airbag Industries in 2009.

I received my BA in Management from Gettysburg College, where I'm an active alumni and serve on the college's Marketing and Communications committee.
