Twenty-five years ago, I received my MD degree from the University of California, San Diego. Since that time, I have practiced Internal Medicine in both the office as well as hospital settings. I am currently a full-time hospitalist. My other interests include martial arts, hypnosis, and lecturing on the power of the mind to create personal and professional change. I am certified by the National Guild of Hypnotists as a Hypnotherapist and have helped people with many conditions including anxiety, weight loss, smoking cessation, and insomnia. I am also a Comedy Stage Hypnotist and regularly perform entertaining shows for corporate events, school fundraisers, and anything in between. In addition, I often blend my knowledge of hypnosis with my public speaking opportunities not only to lecture on using the mind to create personal and professional changes, but also to demonstrate these types of changes by hypnotizing participants directly from the audience.
