My name is Kourosh Ghaffari (KG)

I’m Kourosh Ghaffari. I’ve been photographing wedding since 2008 when I shot my first wedding on a borrowed camera. I’m not the photographer for everyone. I will never tell your child to say cheese. I don’t need many lavish words to convince you that I’m smitten with photography – I hope you can see that in my work. I'm photographing Nature, Streets, People, Models, Magazine and so much more too :)

I haven’t won any awards. I’ve never taken a photography class. My awards are the tears of my clients when they see their images for the first time. My degree is in blood, sweat and tears (oh so many tears). Because of these, I’m more accomplished than I ever imagine I would be and my heart is always full. I’ve travelled the world fulfilling this calling and I’ll do it until I die.

So. Enough of that mushy stuff // a few facts about me:

I’ve never been to Collage a day in my life.

I grew up at Tehran.

I’m a vegan.

I'm crazy about Musics and whatching movies.

Above all, I believe in the Golden Rule.

What can you expect from me?

My craft is storytelling – photography is my medium. My goal is to tell the story of your wedding day because it will pass by in 12 hours like any other day. Only your photographer can make it last forever. My style is mostly reportage. My look is soft, kind, emotive. I’m a sucker for beautiful light and always endeavour to represent ambiance as it truly was in the scene. I very rarely use flash.
