Proud to call the US home, I'm transplanted from Wyoming to Utah and Arizona. I love expanding, growing and progressing and love living in this age. I'm interested in discourse, the out of doors, colors, nature, National and State Parks. photography and art, land and buildings, windows and seeing the vibrancy in people and things.

Currently, I've written 30 chapters to a book on UNDOing Bipolar, having been diagnosed bipolar thirty years April of this year. I'm excited that brain scan technology and, most recently neuroscientists being able to see the lymph system DOES reach the brain, should be bringing about much-needed progress in multiple health areas. Feel free to read my book in the draft stage at wattpad.com by searching my name.

OK. Hold your horses there. It's now August 2, 2019, and two plus-years since I wrote the above two paragraphs. 2018 held four hospitalizations (different hospitals and plenty more huge surprises. I tell you this because my web life and book is in considerable disarray (short term memory loss of key passwords {like the key to my password vault}) so I'll likely be awhile updating.

I look forward to catching back up!
