I am a Technical Product Manager in a renowned Fin-tech company.
I started my career as a QA in 2014 and then after couple of years I gradually moved to Product team. In the early few years I also used to Manage the entire QA Team, as well as managing the entire release plan. Looking at my skill sets and my perseverance I was promoted as the Technical Product Manager / Program Manager.
In my current company we have an international division and I was moved to that country as a TPM / PM. As TPM I handle the entire TECH releases of the country, and as PM my role was to manage the entire product prioritisation, gathering requirements and talking to external stake-holders regarding the progress of the product.

Apart from these work I used to take part and involve a lot in product planning, steering committee meetings and plan and develop the product life cycles.

I have been wearing multiple hats since then and loved multi-tasking the role and responsibilities.
