I am currently working as a Digital Marketing Co-ordinator for the RPO arm of Hays Plc - "Hays Talent Solutions". Following my graduation in Public Services and Business (service sector management) I began my career with Hays; I successfully recruited at Regional and Divisional level with a top European retail bank, before working on senior permanent hires with Europe’s leading IT infrastructure services provider.

My skills in executive search/headhunting are well developed and I consider myself an expert in this field. Due to a company award won for innovative sourcing strategies, and my ability to utilise all forms of Social Media to a high level, I now advise within our RPO business and ensure effective utilisation of 'paid for' Social Media. My work in this role has already resulted in an award for "Process Excellence" after my efforts to increase the sharing of knowledge and best practice has resulted in increased revenue.

I am married with a young son and have career aspirations to continue my work with social media and develop my skills and knowledge in SEO. Aside from this, following a small amount of time training for the Royal Navy Reserves before suffering an unfortunate injury, I am passionate about a career/part-time career in a uniformed public service, preferably the police or fire-service.
