Igor Pires Soares

Software architect and developer working for Strema, graduated in Information Systems at UFMG, Fedora Project Ambassador for Latin America and internationalization quality assurance contributor. I have been working on Fedora since 2006, first as a translator and after that coordinating the Brazilian Portuguese translation team. I was also the maintainer of the Fedora BrOffice.org Spin. Now I'm working to improve the quality of Fedora's internationalization support as well as working to drive the Brazilian Fedora community forward along with our Latin American and global community as a Fedora Ambassadors Steering Committe member.
