A licensed realtor, Bert Smith holds degrees in public administration and communications and he actively participates in networking and professional development through the Community Associations Institute (CAI) and the New Jersey Business and Industry Association (NJBIA). Accella Farrington-Smith commands a diverse background in accounting and office management. Also a member of the CAI and NJBIA, she maintains expertise in numerous facets of property management, including bookkeeping, litigation, and maintenance. Completing the executive team is IMPAC's General Manager, Michelle Sloan, who has earned more than a decade of industry experience. She directly oversees the company's human resources, employee training, and transition teams.
