Sabbah Haji is a founding Trustee of Haji Education Foundation, a not-for-profit public Trust established in 2011, to promote education in the rural mountainous belt of Jammu and Kashmir.

The Trust maintains Haji Public School, a unique K-10 progressive school catering to high altitude villages in Doda district, and provides financial and advisory support and scholarships to deserving students after the graduate from high school.

Sabbah has been a school administrator and teacher across primary, middle and high school classes for over a decade.
