My day often begins with the Financial Times and ends with a good biography—or hours lost in Final Cut Pro editing travel films. I’m a book collector, a curious mind, and someone who still misses the adrenaline of playing drums in a school band and a university rock group.

When I’m not immersed in travel logistics or deep into a documentary edit, I’m probably tracking an online shipment with childlike excitement.

At home in Dubai, Manjilas Studio is my personal sanctuary. My greatest joys? My wife, Sonia—who somehow manages to manage me—and our son, Gautam, the heart of our world.

I’m not wired for diplomacy, but those who know me understand me well. I believe in the beauty of life, guided by faith rather than religion.
