Dr. Irandi Putra Pratomo is a pulmonology and respiratory medicine expert and a big data scientist.
Dr. Irandi mainly lectures and researches at the Department of Pulmonology and Respiratory Medicine, Faculty of Medicine Universitas Indonesia—Universitas Indonesia Hospital (RSUI), and the Indonesian Medical Education and Research Institute (IMERI).
Dr. Irandi is a pulmonologist at Mayapada Hospital Kuningan (MHKN) Jakarta. Dr. Irandi is also a clinical surveyor for national hospital accreditation in Damar Husada Paripurna Hospital Accreditation Insitute (LARS DHP).
Dr. Irandi achieved his general physician and pulmonologist degree from the Faculty of Medicine Universitas Indonesia and his doctoral degree from Hiroshima University, Japan, where he studied bioinformatics in bacterial genome analysis.
Dr. Irandi is a member of numerous prestigious professional organizations, such as the American Thoracic Society (ATS), the Asian Pacific Society of Respirology (APSR), the European Respiratory Society (ERS), and
the International Society for Quality in Health Care (ISQua). He is also an active member of the Indonesian Society of Respirology (ISR), where he belongs to the Internet Technology and Public Relations Working Group of the Indonesian College of Pulmonology and Respiratory Medicine and the editorial board of Jurnal Respirologi Indonesia (JRI) and Respiratory Science (RS) Journal.
