Isaac Perez Recao

Isaac Perez Recao, a Venezuelan financial executive and entrepreneur, serves as the Director of PIVOCA, C.A., an investment company that specializes in real estate. He possesses years of experience in various industries, having functioned in senior roles at companies in the entertainment, agricultural, and petrochemical industries. Isaac Perez Recao has also been a trusted government advisor in his native country. Presently, Perez Recao’s company maintains a variety of international investments. Among them are a Spanish wine producer, hotels in Costa Rica, and agriculture enterprises in Argentina. In addition, the entrepreneur’s company owns, manages, and develops various South American shopping centers, apartment, office buildings, and haciendas. Prior to assuming his current role, Perez Recao served as a Director of two mall-management companies, Unicentro El Marqués and Centro Comercial Chacaito. He also functioned as the Director of Industrias Venoco, a Venezuelan oil refinement company, as well as the Director of Organización Dinotrópolis, an entertainment business with a focus on indoor amusement parks, among others. Perez Recao has provided his expertise in security, intelligence and antiterrorism to the Venezuelan government in the presidency of Rafael Caldera. He received the Honor of Merit from the Ministry of Transport and Communications and the Ministry of Defense in Venezuela. The entrepreneur functioned as the Intelligence and Special Operations Advisor for the Justice Department. In 2001, he served as a Member of the International Association for Counterterrorism & Security Professionals. He continues to reside in his adopted country, the United States.
