With over 20 years of experience, Rick A. Brown descends from a lineage of musicians, and entertainment executives. It is not at all surprising that he developed an interest for music and a natural eye for talent and creativity at an early age. Rick’s initial professional experience was working as an intern for Russell Simmons Def Jam Records. His ascent from intern to executive occurred in a short period of time.

Rick began to work for Warner Music Group/Eastwest Records as an A&R Manager. After four years at the label, he accepted a promotion and became the Director of A&R for Warner Music Groups Elektra Entertainment. He was instrumental in the preliminary careers of many artists like Missy Elliott, Pharrell Williams, Keith Sweat, and the group En Vogue etc. As Rick’s career flourished, he decided to take a leap of faith and co-founded Cold World Entertainment, where he managed platinum selling recording artist Carl Thomas and co-executive produced multiple LP's on the Bad Boy label with Sean “Puffy” Combs.

At present, Rick has expanded his scope and co-founded Beyond Vision Group which is a full service merchandising company that specializes in product development, manufacturing and distribution with locations in New York and China. "Our goal is to attract entertainers in America that desire to establish their own products such as apparel, jewelry, perfume, and other related products. Aligning artists with merchandise and products to strengthen their overall brand is the new music business so to speak",

His solid professional relationships, which have been built on integrity and consistency, coupled with his years of expertise, equip him to deal with the ever changing world of entertainment in an increasing content driven and digital-based era; as he continues to build his brand and quench the thirst of his entrepreneurial spirit.
