Itta Roth is a professional cook. Her mission is to revolutionize the food that Jewish people eat on Shabbos. She currently resides in Brooklyn, New York, and was born and bred in Australia.

Catered to your event or cooked in your home kitchen, Itta crafts wholesome, good food and balanced meals prepared fresh and made to order. She loves cooking with seasonal, local and organic ingredients and creating both vegetarian and carnivorous dishes. Her challah uses a combination of different whole grain flours, rolled oats, and olive oil. It is completely organic and egg-free, with a nice thick crust, soft on the inside -- and it's delicious, too.
