Jac Schuster Biography

I am a native Texan who grew up in West Texas and have lived in California, Michigan, and South Carolina. But always back to the great state of Texas and now live in the McKinney (Dallas) area.

I went to Southern Methodist University to complete my undergraduate degree, then secured my MBA at University of Dallas, and finished with a JD at Texas A&M University (formerly Texas Wesleyan).

My two kids keep me very busy with sa long list of teenage stuff. Yoga is an important part of my life.

I love to assist the Legal Aid organization serving North Texas as much as possible. This provides a tremendous opportunity to help those who cannot afford a lawyer — very satisfying work and beneficial to the community. My law practice is focused on Probate. Unlike the traditional legal approach, which starts with the needs of the legal system (forms, filings, and retainers), we think differently: we put families first. We think about their human needs. We are massively aggressive don't get me wrong. We take care of Probate, Estate Planning (wills and trusts) as well as Wealth Protection.
