Over the past 30 years, I've learned that human performance is the ultimate you-can-run-but-you-can’t-hide scenario, because you can’t take human nature out of human performance. Likewise, ignoring the emotional component of human performance is like ignoring gravity: falling is a certainty, the only question is, what will you break? I continue to be fascinated with bridging the human-business gap.

Professionally, I get a buzz out of strategies that make other people more productive and more satisfied with their work. That reflects our company purpose: making worklife better.

I'm always interested in business ideas, networking, partnering and new directions.

Outside of work, I really enjoy cooking, cycling, weightlifting, shooting, and movies with my family.
