Jaclyn Cruikshank Vogt

Jaclyn Cruikshank Vogt is Photo Librarian for Nebraskaland Magazine at the Nebraska Game and Parks Commission and directs the Nebraskaland Magazine Digital Archive. She earned a Master of Library and Information Science degree with an Archival Studies emphasis from the iSchool at the University of Missouri at Columbia. She holds a PhD in English and Women’s and Gender Studies from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln, where she specialized in late twentieth-century American literature, women writers, and violence studies and was a graduate research assistant at the Center for Digital Research in the Humanities. Jaclyn has worked as a writing center consultant, ESL/ELL tutor, graduate studies coordinator, and taught a variety of composition, literature, and women’s and gender studies courses. She enjoys spending time with her husband, son, and two cats in their 2,000 square foot prairie garden; hiking nearby prairies; and recovering the life and work of Ohio children’s author Eleanor Youmans.
