Jacob Aaron Morris

I am a senior in the College Scholars Program at the University of Tennessee working on a thesis titled "Adorno's Schopenhauerianism, or Schopenhauer as Hermeneutic". (I used to study jazz guitar and now I study a thinker infamous for his critique of jazz!) Besides Adorno, I am interested in modern German philosophy beginning with Kant, the relationship between ethics and aesthetics, and metaphysics (particularly as it concerns history, possibility, and nihilism).
