Jeff Fisher has extensive experience in the communications and information technology field. His technical expertise is broad and includes a deep understanding of an impressive list of applications.

Has served as a Hardware Specialist, Network Analyst, Network Admin, Systems Administrator, Network Engineer, Senior Consulting Engineer, Network Architect, and HP OpenView Engineer. While serving in these various roles he has developed technical mastery of Internet/Intranet connectivity issues, LAN/MAN/WAN, and Wireless Technologies.

Finished CCNA, CompTIA A+, CompTIA Network +, MCTS Server 2008, and MCTIP Server Administrator training.

Professional projects and accomplishments include:

*Assisted in the direction of the IBM Global Services International Network Solutions Committee for the development and implementation of network standards relating to Hardware and Software for IBM Professional Services.

*Installed, and configured HP OpenView NNM propose of monitoring mission critical servers providing Game Services for over 200,000 users throughout the world, including 4 sites in the US, Europe, Japan, Korea, Taiwan, Australia.

*Engineered and implemented the moving of the entire 5000 square foot lab, network, and 130 users from one building to another and provide minimal down time for 7x24 servers and other critical systems

*Engineered numerous LAN/WAN's using Frame Relay, T1, T3, FDDI, ATM, SONET, 10/100/1000 Ethernet, and Token Ring.

*Assessed, recommended, and implemented leading-edge network technologies, supporting users with problem resolution and documentation

*Installed, configured management products including HP OpenView NNM, Tivoli TME 10, Netview, Cisco Works/View, 3COM's Transcend, for UNIX and NT supported platforms, and developed scripts using PERL.

*Performed multiple IT assessments and developed corresponding documentation outlining needs, problems and solutions.

*Implemented comprehensive Inventory control and record keeping system for purchasing service related to parts for the Maintenance Department to increase the quality of service by 38% in a 1.2 million square foot 440 bed trauma Hospital.

*Analyzed and performed preventative diagnostics on LAN systems and hardware resulting in the smooth rollout of HP OpenView, and Tivoli within the organization.
