Jaime has earned a reputation for being customer obsessed. He's built relationships on a global scale to help organizations achieve their goals. He's recognized as an experienced partner to C-Suite leaders on customer success, social media, and employee engagement. Most recently, he was the Head of Customer Success at BroadbandTV (BBTV) where his teams helped digital content creators grow their revenue streams.

Jaime's expertise is based on an extensive background in customer success, social media, and content marketing in finance, government, professional sports and hyper-growth SaaS technology businesses. As VP, Customer Success at Taplytics, he strategically reorganized the Customer Success organization to focus on better revenue metrics and revised team and company processes to improve customer experience.

As Hootsuite's Global Director of Enterprise Client Strategy, Jaime advised Fortune 500 companies and large government agencies on digital strategy and helped them derive value from Hootsuite’s Enterprise-level product. He also served as Senior Manager of Social Media at Hootsuite, where he was responsible for the development and execution of the company's social media strategy.

A journalist by training, Jaime was previously the Head of Social Media at Tangerine, where he led the social media component of the bank's award-winning brand transition from ING DIRECT to Tangerine. Jaime's experience in digital dates back to 2008 as Head of Digital Media at the Canadian Football League, where he launched the League’s new content marketing strategy and official social media presence, which included curating Canada’s top Twitter trend in 2011: #GreyCup.

Jaime earned an MBA from the Rotman School of Management where he was selected valedictorian by the students of the Morning MBA Class of 2011. Passionate about building a better way, Jaime helped raise $12.5-million to establish Canada’s national public cord blood bank for the Canadian Blood Services campaign 'For All Canadians'. He continues to contribute to his community as a Board Member for CLEAR (Canadians for Leading Edge Alzheimer's Research) and as the Co-Chair of the Global Advancement Board for the Rotman School of Management.

He currently lives in Vancouver with his wife and three children.
