Hello, my name is James Hill and I set up my About pages for my business which is helping people with their mortgage requirements. I am based in the north of england in a town called Stockport.

I specialise in first time buyer mortgages, buy to let mortgages and helping first time home buyers get on the housing ladder!

As a whole of market mortgage broker this means I have access to thousands of rates and deals and some exclusive products too!

I also spend a lot of time helping new landlords and setting up 85% buy-to-let applications and mortgages for first time investors and buy to let landlords.
