James Kilduff Lawyer

A graduate of Brooklyn Law School, New York City lawyer James Kilduff possesses more than 15 years of legal experience. A senior trial lawyer at Lazzaro Law Firm, PC, in Brooklyn, he focuses on defending and advocating for individuals accused of drug offenses. These offenses include criminal possession and criminal sale, for which he counsels clients in each of the five boroughs of New York. Prior to taking up his current duties at Lazzaro Law Firm, James Kilduff served as an assistant district attorney in the rackets division of the Kings County District Attorney’s Office.

Before becoming a lawyer, Kilduff held positions in the finance sector. After obtaining his bachelor of science from Fordham University, he went to work as an accountant at the firm of Drexel Burnham Lambert in 1985. Four years later, he moved on to Donaldson, Lufkin and Jenrette, accepting a position as a financial analyst. In 1994, he was promoted to senior financial analyst.

Kilduff is a member of the Brooklyn Bar Association. He is licensed to practice law in both New York and New Jersey and in two US District Court jurisdictions in New York.
