James S. Lamoureaux is an entrepreneur and start-up company architect that has successfully invented products and business models for companies for the last 30 years.

Mr. Lamoureaux founded IGP Energy Inc. in 2007 and currently serves as it's CEO and Chairman. In 2014 Mr. Lamoureaux formed IGP Methanol LLC. to develop a major clean energy project on the US Gulf Coast. The development phase of that project is nearing completion with permitting and EPC selection expected in 2017.

Mr. Lamoureaux was responsible for the strategy and negotiation of the multi year process that resulted in the Chinese National Level Joint Venture with Yankuang Group in 2013 - IGP YK New Energy Co. Ltd. is charted to commercialize Butanol and Pentanol fuel to reduce pollution in China.
