Author, Professional Speaker, and Entrepreneur in New York, NY

James Robilotta is an author, professional speaker, personal coach, and entrepreneur. In July of 2015 James had his first book published, Leading Imperfectly: The value of being authentic for leaders, professionals, and human beings.

James speaks to willing and unwilling audiences internationally about authentic leadership and promoting memorability. His thought-provoking talks are infused with self-awareness and comedy stemming from his background as a trained stand-up and improv comedian.

James is also a personal coach. He helps people get out of their own way to live the lives they deserve and be the leaders they are capable of becoming. His clients undergo purposeful life changing and self-affirming transformations. His clientele ranges from CEOs to college students.

Originally from Sayville, New York, James attended the UNC Wilmington for undergrad. After studying marine biology he then, naturally, pursued his masters in counseling, earning his degree in 2007 from Clemson University. James worked on college campuses for 13 years developing student leaders and higher education professionals before going full-time with his speaking and coaching career. James also performs around the country with his freestyle rapping improv comedy team, North Coast.
