My name is Jamie Smith & I was born in Knoxville, TN but raised in N. Augusta, SC and have since found my way back to Knoxville. I am a husband to my wonderful wife Johnna and father to 2 amazing children.

In 2008 I found my way into real estate and focusing on commercial properties. In 2010 I joined Keller Williams Realty and branched out into residential real estate. With my growth in real estate business, I decided to build a strong team, Jamie Smith's Real Estate Team, with one thing in mind, the people. We are here to serve you and your needs with any real estate related transactions. My team believes like me that we are in the people business and we each understand how big of a purchase real estate can be in a persons life and how important of a purchase it can be for a business. Since working in both residential and commercial real estate I have learned the ins and outs of just about every type of real estate there is. I have built a strong reputation in the greater Knoxville area and other cities throughout the southeast. In 2013 I branched out and started my own luxury home construction business, Better Living Home Builders, and found it on the same principal as real estate. Its a people business and we are here to serve the people. I also made a decision to build better, more green, energy efficient home and ensure our home buyers are getting a home they can love for many years.

In 2011 I found an enjoyment for coaching youth football and basketball. I continue to enjoy coaching in my spare time along with spending time with my family & friends. I an avid University of Tennessee fan "Go Vols" and enjoy he outdoors from hiking to boating and 4 wheeling.
